This is my son Ryan's favorite - and mine because it's SO easy!
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
4-6 slices swiss cheese
2 c. Pepperidge Farms herb seasoned stuffing mix
6 T butter
Place chicken in a baking dish. Completely cover chicken with cheese slices. Spread soup over all. Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix. Top with breadcrumb mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 more minutes.
