These are my husband, Todd's favorite bars.
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin puree
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/4 t. ground cloves
2 t. cinnamon
Combine all ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour batter into 12x18 jelly roll pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
2 t. vanilla
Cream together. Spread on cool bars. Keep refrigerated.
