4-6 cooked chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese1/2 c. small onion, chopped
1 small can chopped green chilies
9 inch or larger flour tortillas
vegetable oil
Combine first 5 ingredients and set aside. Wrap tortillas in a damp towel and microwave for 15 seconds to prevent them from tearing during assembly. Brush both sides of a warm tortilla with oil. Place 1/2 cup mixture just below center of tortilla, fold in sides and bottom and place on backing sheet. Bake at 425° for 10 -13 minutes or until lightly browned.
