Fruit Pizza

This recipe was shared with my by my friend and college roommate,

Dawn. It's one of my favorite desserts to bring to a party.

20 oz. Pillsbury Sugar Cookie dough

Press into a round pizza pan and bake 12-15 minutes at 350 °

8 oz. cream cheese

4 oz. cool whip

Mix well and spread on cooled crust.

1/2 c. water

1/2 c. orange juice

1/2 c. sugar

2 T lemon juice

1 T corn starch

Bring all above ingredients to a boil and cool.

Slice strawberries, grapes, blueberries, kiwi, bananas, raspberries and mandarin oranges. Arrange in a spiral design on cookie. Pour glaze over fruit. Chill and serve.

* Note: banana slices will not brown if they are covered with the glaze
