French Dip Sandwiches

4 lb rump roast

1 can beef broth

1 can french onion soup

1 can beer

french rolls or hoagie buns

sliced mozzarella cheese


Trim fat from roast. Cook on low for 7 hours in crockpot with broth, soup and beer. Slice meat on diagonal and put back in au jus. Split french rolls, butter and bake for 10 minutes at 350°. Add cheese slice and meat and bake 2 more minutes. Serve with au jus.
