Corn Casserole

I have to make 2 corn casseroles for every holiday because the kids can't get enough of it.
2 beaten eggs
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 package corn muffin mix
8 oz. can corn (drained)
8 oz. can creamed corn
1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a greased 9" pan or casserole dish at 350° for 45-60 minutes.
